How do I apply for a position?

You can complete an application and upload your resume online - either via a computer or your mobile device 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.  Cover letters are encouraged and you only have to submit your application once to be considered for all open positions or for future opportunities that may come up.  Our HR team will review your application and will keep you up to date on the status of your application throughout the application process.  You can attach your cover letter and resume in PDF, Microsoft Word or text format.

What happens after I apply?


Our HR team will review your application, cover letter and resume.  They will assess your application and if you meet or exceed the assessement criteria you will be invited to participate in the next step in the process.  If you do not meet the assessment criteria your application will be considered for other openings we may currently have.

What's involved in the application and selection process?


Once we receive your application, if your qualifications and experience are a match, you may be invited to proceed to the next step in our process.  You will go through a series of steps that may involve any or all of the following, depending on the position you have applied for:

  • phone screen

  • cognitive ability testing

  • mechanical aptitude testing

  • in person interviews

  • personality testing

What happens if I don't make the cut?


Even if you don't progress through the selection process after you first apply, we keep your application on file for future consideration.  You're encouraged to apply to other positions in the future that may be a fit for your education, experience, skills and abilities.
